LuxPros is an independent directory of businesses in Luxembourg. This page explains what we hold and what your rights are.
What we publish
Business names, addresses, phone numbers, websites, opening hours and Google ratings, collected from public listings. For sole traders this can be personal data. We publish it because it is already public business information.
What we collect from you
If you use the Add your business or Claim this listing form, we store the details you enter (name, email, phone, business details, message) to handle your request. We do not use them for anything else.
Who receives form data and why
What you enter in the Add your business and Claim this listing forms is sent by email to the site operator, to review your request and reply to you. The email is delivered through Resend, an email delivery service, and the forms are protected against spam by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person is submitting. The site is hosted on Cloudflare. We do not sell the data or use it for anything else, and we keep it only as long as needed to handle your request.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. If that changes, we will ask for your consent first.
Removal and correction
You can ask us to remove or correct a listing at any time, without giving a reason. Write to the address below or use the removal link on the profile. You also have the right to access, correct and delete personal data held about you, and to complain to the Luxembourg data protection authority, the CNPD.
